This isn’t just another program. It’s a 4-month immersive experience that will challenge you to think deeper, dream bigger, and act courageously. You’ll be surrounded by other young leaders who, like you, are ready to take their calling seriously.

Cohort Overview and Expectations
The Generation Distinct Cohort is a 4-month immersive experience designed to help you discover your purpose and take steps toward living it out. By applying, you are committing to a transformative journey that will require intentional time and energy.
Cohort Call Schedule:
Launch Call: September 8th at 8 PM CT
Monthly Cohort Calls:
September 8th
October 13th
November 10th
December 8th
January 12th
All calls take place at 8 PM CT.
Please place a hold on your calendar for these dates now in case your application is approved. Before applying, confirm that you are available for the Cohort Launch Call on September 8th. If you cannot attend the Launch Call, we recommend waiting for the next cohort. You are still welcome to apply, but please indicate in your application that you'd like to join a future Cohort instead.
Participation in the Cohort Zoom Calls is both essential and required for the full experience. Missing more than one call will result in being deferred to a future Cohort, where you can restart the experience from the beginning.
Time Commitment:This cohort requires a commitment of 1-3 hours per week over the course of 4 months. This includes monthly calls, homework, and other activities designed to help you grow in your purpose. In addition to the group calls, we encourage you to take advantage of one-on-one coaching calls, small group discussions, and additional learning opportunities that are part of this experience. To maximize the impact, we encourage you to fully immerse yourself in the process for these four months.
Financial Investment:The cost for this cohort is $50 per month for 4 months. We believe that by investing in yourself, you are demonstrating a commitment to taking your calling seriously. If you are unwilling or unable to make this investment at this time, we encourage you to explore other development opportunities. Many young leaders find that their pastors, parents, bosses, or other leaders are willing to invest in their personal development.
