The Generation Distinct Cohort is a four-month immersive journey designed to equip young leaders with both the clarity of purpose and the strategy to set it in motion. This isn’t just about inspiration—it’s about action. Through monthly cohort calls, one-on-one coaching, and dynamic small group discussions, participants receive personalized guidance to uncover the “wrong” they were born to make right. With weekly coursework and assignments available on the Generation Distinct app, leaders will engage in a structured process to refine their vision and develop a clear, actionable plan. The commitment is just 1-3 hours per week, but the impact lasts a lifetime.

This experience isn’t about waiting for change—it’s about becoming the change. Each week, participants will dive deep into pressing injustices, sharpen their leadership skills, and apply practical strategies to create real impact. With expert coaching, a structured learning pathway, and an engaged community, young leaders won’t just dream about making a difference—they’ll have the tools and accountability to make it happen. And after completing the cohort, they’ll be invited to join the Generation Distinct Coalition, a network of action-driven leaders committed to ongoing growth, collaboration, and world-changing mission. Cohort Overview and Expectations
The Generation Distinct Cohort is a 4-month immersive experience designed to help you discover your purpose and take steps toward living it out. By applying, you are committing to a transformative journey that will require intentional time and energy.
Cohort Call Schedule:
- Launch Call: December 1st at 8 PM CT
- Monthly Cohort Calls:
  - January 5th
  - February 2nd
  - March 2nd
  - April 6th
    All calls take place at 8 PM CT.
Please place a hold on your calendar for these dates now in case your application is approved. Before applying, confirm that you are available for the Cohort Launch Call on December 1st.
If you cannot attend the Launch Call, we recommend waiting for the next cohort. You are still welcome to apply, but please indicate in your application that you'd like to join a future Cohort instead.
Time Commitment:This cohort requires a commitment of 1-3 hours per week over the course of 4 months. This includes monthly calls, homework, and other activities designed to help you grow in your purpose. In addition to the group calls, we encourage you to take advantage of one-on-one coaching calls, small group discussions, and additional learning opportunities that are part of this experience. To maximize the impact, we encourage you to fully immerse yourself in the process for these four months.
Financial Investment:The cost for this cohort is $50 per month for 4 months. We believe that by investing in yourself, you are demonstrating a commitment to taking your calling seriously. If you are unwilling or unable to make this investment at this time, we encourage you to explore other development opportunities. Many young leaders find that their pastors, parents, bosses, or other leaders are willing to invest in their personal development.
