The Generation Distinct Leadership Coaching Program is a 7-week, high-intensity experience designed to equip young adults with the core principles of great leadership.
This Coaching Program is built for Those cohort grads who are ready to step into intentional leadership development—gaining the skills and habits necessary to sustain their calling for the long haul.

Length: 7 weeks
Weekly Commitment: 2.5 hours per session

Thursday evenings, 7:00–9:30 PM
Friday mornings, 6:00–8:30 AM
Cohort Size: 6 young adults per class, ensuring high attention, accountability, and intentionality

At Generation Distinct, we believe the next generation of leaders doesn’t just need more content—they need coaching, formation, and space to practice leadership in real time. This program is about raising up leaders who can not only launch their vision but also sustain it with resilience, wisdom, and character.
We know that many young adults feel a deep sense of calling but lack the strategy and tools to steward it well. This program exists to bridge that gap. Our vision is to cultivate leaders who won’t just make an impact for a moment but will build a legacy that lasts.
What Makes This Program Different?
This is not a lecture series or a passive learning environment. It is an immersive coaching experience designed to challenge you, stretch your leadership, and equip you with tangible tools you can immediately apply. With small class sizes, each participant will receive individualized guidance and personal feedback while also benefiting from the dynamic learning environment of a close-knit cohort.
Over seven weeks, you will unpack the core principles of great leadership—principles that apply whether you are leading in business, ministry, activism, or creative innovation. You will explore questions like:
What does it take to lead with both vision and integrity?
How do you build the habits that sustain your calling rather than burn you out?
How do you multiply your leadership to inspire and equip others?
What is the mindset shift required to move from simply managing to truly leading?
This Coaching Program is only available to graduates of the Generation Distinct Cohort, ensuring that everyone here has gone through the same transformational process and is committed to taking their impact to the next level.
