This year, Generation Distinct has been marked by a defining theme: Cultivating Gardens.
From the beginning, God’s story began in a garden — a place of creation, connection, and calling. It was there that humanity first walked in partnership with God to bring beauty and life to the world. At Generation Distinct, we believe that same invitation still stands today. We are called to cultivate—to plant purpose, nurture growth, and co-create with God in every sphere of culture.
To cultivate gardens means to enter the spaces others have abandoned, to till the soil of potential, and to believe that new life can spring up in even the hardest ground. It’s the work of leaders who don’t just dream about impact but build it—leaders who bring creativity into chaos, unity into division, and purpose into confusion.
Throughout this year, every initiative—from our Cohorts and Coalition to LMNL and untitled_ 2025: Back to the Garden—has embodied this call. We’ve seen young adults plant seeds of change in their cities, workplaces, and churches, transforming the places they stand into sacred ground.

This is the opening film of untitled_ 2025 — calling a generation to cultivate gardens of purpose and make wrong things right in the world.

Step 1: The Cohorts
Young adults join a four-month virtual Cohort to discover the wrong they were born to make right and develop a strategy to bring it to life. Through weekly coursework, monthly coaching calls, and community networking, these emerging leaders craft their "I Exist Statement" to clarify their purpose. From there, they build a three-year strategy to walk out that purpose with confidence.
Step 2: The coalition
After completing the Cohort, young adults are invited to join our global online community, where they receive resources and ongoing support as they begin stepping into their calling. Discovering your purpose is just the beginning. The Coalition provides the encouragement, mentorship, and training needed to sustain and grow in your purpose.
Step 3: untitled_ Experience
Once a year, Generation Distinct hosts a three-day experience designed for our Cohort Graduates to equip them to be seen, mentored, and unleashed in their calling. This conference is a one-of-a-kind event where young adults gain access to mentors, receive vital training, and find the resources they need to make their calling a reality.
