Week Twenty Five

This week, our community will be uniting for the Daily Gratitude Challenge.
Each morning this week,  take a moment to write down 5 things you are grateful for.

Maybe it is easy for you to fill an entire page each morning or maybe you struggle to even think of one thing to be grateful for.
But what would happen if we began each day thanking God for the good things in our lives? How would our days and our lives be transformed?
Perhaps our generation would begin to be known for their gratitude and joy.
Perhaps, if we focused on the beautiful gifts all around us, we would encounter a joy unlike we have ever known.

Psalms 9 1-2 says, “I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds. I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High.”

Our gratitude begins with rejoicing in the goodness of the Lord and all He has done for us, including laying down His life for us.  This week, let's start there and go on to explore what other good things God has put into our lives.

This week, post a picture of something you are grateful for on social media.  Be sure to include the hashtag #GenDWeeklyChallenge to join the conversation on social media. Also, include a link to the Generation Distinct website so your community can learn more about what you are up to!
